FIA GT, BES and Le Mans 24h in 2013

I’m glad to announce my plans for 2013 season, now as a Nismo Athlete.

Josef Ajram de copiloto en un GT-R

Here is one of the funniest drives I ever have in a GT-R. This time with Josef Ajram, Red Bull athlete and trader.

Was great to meet such a successfull person in life and to share some of our experiences.

The video was made in Castelloli track (Barcelona) during the launch of Nismo Juke model.

Enjoy as we did on track!

Nissan DeltaWing Test Road Atlanta 21-23 Sept

Hello from Atlanta,

We have completed three days of testing at Road Atlanta with good feelings.

Last year I competed for first time here. The ups and downs, fast corners with some proper banking make this track one of my favourites.

I felt very comfortable with the Nissan DeltaWing from the first lap. It takes time to adapt to the driving style that it requires. Comparing to lmp2 cars, the difference is remarkable. The way to brake, entering the corner … is totally different. With the DW is not good to trail brake to the apex, must brake 10 meters before and be on throttle earlier, this provides better stability and cornering grip. It is easy to say but hard to do, because I spent two years to improve my technique to be fast in LMP2.

The test has been very positive, working in different areas of the car. We have improved in reliability and lap times.

I am looking forward to get back on track in the pre-race test. We’ll bring some developed parts that will make us stronger!
